I last bought a property 10 years ago and I have to admit, I am a bit unclear about the full purchasing process.

The people in Ms Watkin’s network are efficient, professional and know their area of expertise. Personally, due to my profession, I have become impatient and slightly intolerant to delays. I am an engineer so keeping to a project timeframe is critical.
The delays on 263 have been highly frustrating for me. Ms Watkins has been my sanity, offering people who could provide me with responses and answers when other agents talked in circles and only served to frustrate me more. No guidance towards a solution is a waste of a buyer’s time. Time is money. Ms Watkins is also incredibly relatable.
